1. What is the payment terms acceptable ?

Normally T/T is appreciated. L/C for old customers only.

T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

2. How do I know if my order has been received?

When we get your order by email, we will sign back the PI to you for confirmation. 

3.When will my order be delivered?

You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For regular items, usually deliver within 35 days. For special items,

normally 40-50 days. We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by email.

4. How can I check the latest prices?

We've always got special offers for you. With so many great deals, you could find that lots of products are cheaper than you thought!

6. Can I have a sample of to check?

Sure,we can send you the samples for free, but you need to pay the freight, we can return it to you when the order is confirmed.
